About Dessn
Dessn is building a new kind of product design environment — one that starts and ends in production.
We believe that most pain in modern product development comes from a source of truth problem. There's objectively only one source of truth to your product: production.
Dessn turns your existing codebase into a collaborative, visual environment where teams can explore, prototype, and iterate directly on top of their real product.
We don't expect this specific person to understand this problem fully before joining. It's intensely complex, which is why solving it properly is a big deal.
What you'll do
You'll operate as an extension of the founders across whatever matters most that week. That may include:
- 01Helping run customer onboarding and customer conversations
- 02Supporting recruiting and candidate coordination
- 03Planning community events, product launches, dinners, team offsites
- 04Managing founder follow-ups and internal coordination
- 05Helping shape internal processes as the company scales
- 06Working closely with users and synthesizing product feedback
- 07Owning operational projects end-to-end
- 08Admin (sorry)
- 09Jumping into ambiguous problems with very little structure
Some days will feel strategic. Some days will feel chaotic. Some days will involve figuring something out in 20 minutes that nobody has ever documented before.
